The association works in partnership with a network of more than 20 organisations at local and national level.<\/p><p>Main objective:<br \/>- Promoting sustainable regional social and economic development<\/p><p>Subject of activity:<br \/>- Organizing and conducting meetings, seminars, consultations, trainings, internships, charity events, donation campaigns, cooperation with state institutions and NGOs in Bulgaria and abroad<br \/>- Preparation and participation in national and international programmes and projects with European and other donor funding<br \/>- Organizing, conducting and participating in local, national and international forums and discussions<br \/>- Organizing events, conducting trainings, and implementing educational and information programs<\/p><p>Areas of functional expertise:<br \/>- Provision of technical assistance to public institutions and capacity building<br \/>- Project cycle management - preparation and management of projects with funding from the European Structural and Investment Funds<br \/>- Carrying out feasibility studies<br \/>- Institutional development<br \/>- Regional and economic development<br \/>- Implementation of social initiatives<br \/>- Conducting training - tactical and functional<br \/>- Performing marketing research<br \/>- Development of sector analyses<br \/>- Development of entrepreneurship<br \/>- Knowledge and technology transfer<\/p><p>The means by which the Association achieves its objectives are:<br \/>- Promote and make contacts with business and non-profit organizations to secure sponsorship and other conditions for joint activities<br \/>- Preparation of publications and media appearances in the form of articles, reports, interviews, etc.<br \/>- Publication of brochures, magazines, books, newsletters and other printed publications, video and audio materials, maintenance of websites<br \/>- Carrying out research, studies and analyses, providing assessments, opinions and exchanging information<br \/>- Conducting an information campaign in the mass media in the country and abroad<br \/>- Preparation of expertise, programmes, forecasts and proposals for central and local government bodies<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Association for Regional Social and Economic Development (UIC 176716686) is a non-profit organization established in mid-2014.
